Virgin Hotels Collection names F&B leader

Virgin Hotels Collection has appointed Jason Rochaleau as corporate food and beverage director, Americas. Rochaleau brings more than 20 years of hospitality operations experience spanning luxury hotels, resorts and standalone dining concepts. 

He most recently served as corporate director of food and beverage and previously spent 13 years as vice president of operations at Mina Group, where he led concept development, openings, profit and loss management, staffing and guest experience strategy. His career includes work with Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts, Waldorf Astoria Hotels & Resorts, Fairmont Hotels & Resorts and MGM Resorts International.

In his new role, Rochaleau will oversee food and beverage operations across the Americas, with a focus on operational performance, team culture and guest experience.
