waldrop+nichols studio adds two additions to leadership

waldrop+nichols studio expanded its design firm with two additions to leadership positions: Alison Andrus, associate principal, and Amanda Pafford, studio director.

Prior to joining waldrop+nichols studio, Andrus was a project director of Paul Duesing Partners for the past four years. She has experience designing luxury hotels, resorts, high-rise condos, country clubs, restaurants and spas. For waldrop+nichols studio, she will be involved in all phases of design and production, in addition to managing projects. She will also be overseeing all marketing and business development initiatives while managing brand standards both internally and externally.

Pafford comes to the firm after serving as director of design for Streetlights Residential, where she led an interior design team for the luxury multifamily developer for almost three years. Now with waldrop+nichols studio, she will lead the firm’s team building initiatives, and oversee scheduling and budgets.
