Marriott International opened the Aloft Newport on the Levee, the third Aloft in the state of Kentucky. Owned and managed by Musselman Hotels, Aloft Newport on the Levee offers 144 loft-style rooms, 2,250 square feet of meeting space, a social scene and live music from up-and-coming artists at W XYZ bar.

The new Aloft is located at the intersection of Washington Avenue and East Third Street, adjacent to Newport on the Levee – a lifestyle center and entertainment destination. The center is an attraction in the Greater Cincinnati/Northern Kentucky area, and home to the Newport Aquarium, numerous restaurant and art galleries and office space. Aloft Newport on the Levee is also within close proximity of historic downtown Newport, Carnegie Event Center, Smale Riverfront Park and sports venues including Paul Brown Stadium (home of the Cincinnati Bengals) and Great American Ball Park (home of the Cincinnati Reds). Just 15 miles from Cincinnati/Northern Kentucky International Airport (CVG), the hotel is also close to the headquarters for Proctor & Gamble, and the offices of GE, Ernst & Young and DHL.
