Parks Hospitality Group opens North Carolina Embassy Suites

The new 188-room Embassy Suites by Hilton Asheville Downtown, owned and managed by Parks Hospitality Group, is located in the downtown with views of North Carolina’s Blue Ridge Mountains. The only full-service, all-suites property in Asheville also brings more than 7,000 square feet of flexible meeting and event space to the downtown area. E’Terie, the lobby-level restaurant and bar, and Soprana, an Italian brick oven pizza rooftop restaurant, are slated to open in early 2024.

“We couldn’t be more excited to open this hotel in the vibrant community of Asheville,” GM Rohit Radhakrishnan said in a statement. “Our goal is to seamlessly blend into the local culture and thriving community through partnerships with local organizations, breweries, farmers, purveyors and more – maintaining the city’s individualistic quality of life as we welcome residents and out-of-town guests and groups.”

Embassy Suites by Hilton Asheville Downtown suites have a separate living area and bedroom, two high-definition TVs, a wet bar, microwave and minifridge. Select suites have views of North Carolina’s Blue Ridge Mountains. The hotel has a business center; an indoor swimming pool that is open year-round; a modern fitness center with premium equipment, including a Peloton bike; and on-site parking.

Embassy Suites by Hilton Asheville Downtown takes design cues from nature and architecture. The interior incorporates the signature shapes of the surrounding Blue Ridge Mountain peaks, mirrored in the hotel’s angular geometry and site orientation. Simple, clean lines along with raw, natural materials and textures come together to create a modern, relaxed interior environment that reflects Asheville’s innate aesthetic.
