Hilton opens dual-branded Miami hotel

Hilton opened a new dual-branded hotel in Miami. The Hilton Garden Inn Miami Dolphin Mall and Homewood Suites by Hilton Miami Dolphin Mall consist of a combined 232 rooms, and continues Hilton's dual-branded development throughout the U.S.

Developed by Procacci Development and managed by Real Hospitality Group, Hilton Garden Inn and Homewood Suites by Hilton Miami Dolphin Mall are located at 1695 NW 111th Avenue in Doral. Situated adjacent to Miami Dolphin Mall, the properties offer guests a centralized location with access to Miami International Mall, the Doral Golf Course and Everglades National Park. Additionally, downtown Miami, South Beach and Miami International Airport are a short drive away.

The dual-brand concept creates enhanced and larger communal areas benefiting both business and leisure travelers. The hotel has two distinct lobbies and dining areas that cater to the needs of their respective guests, while sharing a 1,100-square-foot fitness center, outdoor pool and putting green. All guestrooms offer 43-inch HDTV with 55 channels including complimentary music and movie viewing options. Evening room service is also provided to all guests.

The properties will share some amenities, but will have different lobbies and public spaces.

The hotel also offers 5,500 square feet of conference space and meeting rooms with audio/visual equipment, including the divisible Flamingo Ballroom which can seat up to 180 guests. The Sandpiper meeting room can accommodate cocktail receptions up to 225 guests and offers a 1,200-square-foot private terrace designed for evening receptions and breaks. For the business traveler, the Heron is available for business presentations, meetings, small dinners and intimate social functions.

Hilton Garden Inn provides guest access to The Pavilion Pantry, open 24 hours and offering a complete selection of salty snacks, sweet treats, cold beverages and frozen, microwaveable packaged items. Guests will be treated to amenities and services including complimentary Wi-Fi throughout the hotel and the 24-hour business center. Each Hilton Garden Inn guestroom has a king or two queen beds as well as an in-room “hospitality center” with a mini-fridge, microwave oven and a Keurig coffee maker. The Flamenco Café, Tappas and Grill, open daily for breakfast and dinner serving unique Spanish dishes, includes a bar and lounge offering daily happy hour specials.

Homewood Suites by Hilton provides all-suite accommodations, including fully-equipped kitchens, with living and sleeping areas. One-bedroom suites offer additional space and are available with a king or two queen size beds options. Guests are also provided all the essentials they need for a comfortable and convenient stay – complimentary daily full-hot breakfast, evening social Monday - Thursday, Wi-Fi and grocery shopping service.
