Hotel Equities has opened the SpringHill Suites by Marriott Kalamazoo (Mich.) Portage, located between the cities of Portage and Kalamazoo, Mich. The newly constructed hotel is owned by 850 Trade Centre and managed by Hotel Equities.
Public spaces at the hotel include a fitness center, a business center and an indoor pool. Each suite has separate living and sleeping areas and workspaces.
“Our team's dedication and hard work, alongside the support of our valued partners, owners Rich MacDonald and Greg Dobson, and the Marriott brand, have culminated in the creation of a truly exceptional property,” Jeff Shockley, SVP of Hotel Equities, said in a statement.
The new property joins a collection of 15 operational and in-development SpringHill Suites within Hotel Equities’ portfolio.
