Hotel owner/operator Lafrance Hospitality has opened XStay Suites, an extended-stay property in Mansfield, Mass.
The property is a joint venture development between Westport, Mass.-based Lafrance Hospitality and locally based Crugnale Properties. The hotel—which provides access to Boston and Providence—is also located near Gillette Stadium, Patriot Place, the Xfinity Center, Mansfield Crossing, TPC Boston, Wrentham Village Premium Outlets, and the Great Woods Conservation Area.
“XStay Suites was created to meet the growing demand for affordable, high-quality extended-stay accommodations in the Mansfield area,” Tim Burkhardt, president of hotels, Lafrance Hospitality, said in a statement. “Whether guests are staying for a few nights or several months, our goal is to provide a welcoming environment that truly feels like home.”
The property has a mix of studio and one-bedroom suites with separate living and working areas. Each suite includes a fully equipped kitchen with a full-size refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, cookware, in-room dining area, Keurig coffee maker, complimentary Wi-Fi and two 55-inch televisions. Amenities include pet-friendly accommodations, on-site laundry facilities, a multi-function room and an outdoor patio and grill area.
