Marriott International opens SpringHill Suites in Charlotte, N.C.

Marriott International officially opened the SpringHill Suites by Marriott in Charlotte, N.C. The 195-suite hotel, located at 311 East 5th Street, will operate as a Marriott franchise, owned and managed by SREE Hotels of Charlotte, N.C.

Located uptown, in the heart of the central business district, adjacent to the Spectrum Center—home of the Charlotte Hornets, as well as numerous concerts and various other events—and 8 miles from Charlotte Douglas International Airport, the hotel will offer guests convenient access to the Charlotte Convention Center, Bank of America Stadium—home of the Carolina Panthers and The EpiCentre—Charlotte’s hub for the perfect mix of restaurants, shops and entertainment venues. The hotel is located in immediate proximity to Bank of America, Wells Fargo, Duke Energy and many more businesses and social activities.

Offering a new design that adds depth and sophistication to the décor, the hotel’s lobby is designed for conducting casual meetings or socializing with SpringHill Suites’ evening experience. Enjoy food and beverage offerings, including local craft beer and premium wines available through the hotel’s full-service bar and bistro or the 24/7 Market. The hotel also has a rooftop patio overlooking the Charlotte skyline, as well as more than 3,000 square feet of rooftop ballroom space to accommodate meetings and functions of more than 250 people.
