Marriott International’s TownePlace Suites by Marriott Phoenix Chandler Fashion Center is now open for business. The property is located at 3635 West Chandler Boulevard, and will operate as a Marriott franchise, owned by HCW Development of Branson, Mo., and managed by Aimbridge Hospitality of Plano, Texas.
The property comes equipped with a floor-to-ceiling TowneMap to help guests acclimate themselves to Chandler by including places to eat, play and explore. The hotel is located next to the Fashion Square Mall, 10 minutes from downtown Chandler and 20 miles from Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport. The TownePlace Suites Phoenix Chandler Fashion Center hotel also offers guests access to the Price Corridor and the spring training facilities of numerous Major League Baseball teams.
Designed for travelers who need accommodations for longer stays, this new property offers studio and one-bedroom suites with fully-equipped kitchens, as well as separate living/working and sleeping areas. Guestrooms includes stainless steel appliances and granite countertops, adjustable work spaces with built-in shelves and lighting, a large flat screen television and new bedding. Most rooms also include the Home Office Suite, designed to provide guests with plenty of storage and flexible space.
While on property, guests can create their own complimentary hot breakfast every morning in the lobby area, and can grill dinner on our outdoor Weber grills.
