Montenegro to get third beachfront Karisma Hotel

Karisma Hotels & Resorts is set to open the Holiday Villages Montenegro on the Montenegrin coast of Ulcinj in late summer of 2018. 

The 257-guestroom property is near the Adriatic Sea, Velika Plaža beach, the airports in Podgorica and Tivat, and sightseeing options, including churches, mosques, museums, the island of Ada Bojana, Lake Skadar and the Ulcinj Salinas Bird Reserve.   

Karisma will add the new Holiday Villages to its portfolio of six hotels across Europe in Croatia, Montenegro and Serbia. These are the Sensimar Kalamota Island Resort, the Sensimar Adriatic Beach Resort and the Sensimar Makarska in Croatia, the Wind Rose Resort by Karisma and the Allure Palazzi Kotor Bay in Montenegro and the Allure Caramel Hotel by Karisma in Belgrade, Serbia. The brand also has properties in Latin America and the Caribbean, including the 208-room Nickelodeon Hotels & Resorts Punta Cana in the Dominican Republic, which opened in May 2016, and the 276-room Nickelodeon Hotels & Resorts Riviera Maya in Mexico, which is scheduled to open in mid-2019.

The Allure Palazzi Koto Bay Hotel by Karisma is the brand most recent opening will be in June 2018. The new-build property in Montenegro's Idyllic Dobrota has 80 guestrooms, 10 villas and three penthouse suites. The Allure hotel is near Kotor Old Town, the Porto Montenegro, Perast and Risan's Church of Our Lady of The Rocks, the seaside city of Herceg Novi and the Tivat Airport.
