Shaner Hotels has brought the first extended-stay hotel to Lebanon, Pa., with the opening of an 89-suite TownePlace Suites by Marriott.
TownePlace Suites Lebanon PA is near the Lebanon Valley Expo Center, Lebanon VA Medical Center and the Pennsylvania Renaissance Faire. The property includes suites with fully equipped kitchens, a fitness center, business center, guest laundry, outdoor pool and patio. The hotel also features TowneTap, a self-service beer wall offering local and craft beers along with small plates.
Elias Thompson, regional VP of operations for Shaner Hotels, described South Central Pennsylvania as an ‘attractive market’ for State College, Penn.-based Shaner Hotels. According to recent data, tourism contributed $268 million to Lebanon County in 2024.
“The newly opened TownePlace Suites by Marriott Lebanon PA marks the first and only true extended-stay hotel in the area,” Thompson said in a statement. “As the newest addition to Lebanon's hospitality landscape, TownePlace Suites provides guests with a fresh, modern lodging option in the market.”
