Tempo by Hilton Savannah opens as brand’s first Georgia hotel

Noble Investment Group has opened the Tempo by Hilton Savannah Historic District, a 148-room lifestyle hotel located in the city’s Historic District.

Owned and developed by Atlanta-based Noble Investment Group and managed by Tampa-based McKibbon Hospitality, the hotel represents the debut of the Tempo by Hilton brand in Georgia. Located within walking distance of the Savannah River, the hotel is positioned in one of the city’s primary tourism corridors, with access to the Savannah Convention Center and proximity to the Port of Savannah.

"Savannah is a market defined by structural scarcity and durable demand—the conditions under which we have consistently created value for our investors," Ben Brunt, chief investment officer at Noble, said in a statement. "This opening reflects the discipline that has guided our platform from the beginning: the right markets, the right brands and the operational rigor to deliver through every point in the cycle."

"As our first Tempo property in Georgia, this opening marks an important step in the brand's growth journey as we continue to expand into sought-after destinations like Savannah, where guests can seamlessly balance productivity, relaxation and exploration," added Kevin Morgan, global brand head and vp of Tempo by Hilton.

The hotel is LEED-certified and includes 148 guestrooms and suites designed with wellness-oriented features. Accommodations include designated preparation areas, fitness-focused room options and technology-enabled amenities. Public spaces incorporate local design elements and artwork, and the property offers more than 3,000 sq.-feet of meeting space.

Food and beverage outlets include Waving Girl Rooftop, named after local figure Florence Martus, and Bluestone Lane Café, which serves breakfast, brunch and lunch.

"We are thrilled to officially open our doors and welcome guests," said Bryan Hale, general manager of the property. "Every detail of the hotel was created to help travelers feel their best while experiencing the charm and hospitality that Savannah is known for."
