Aimbridge Hospitality has expanded its Select Service Division with the addition of five extended-stay properties recently acquired by Three Wall Capital. The properties, which are located in Alabama, North Carolina, Pennsylvania and Ohio, add 603 keys under Aimbridge management.
With the additional properties, Aimbridge is responsible for the management of more than 70 extended-stay, select-service and full-service properties owned by TWC, continuing a partnership first established in 2019. Three Wall Capital plans to acquire and develop an additional 30+ midscale and upscale extended-stay hotels over the next 18-24 months.

The properties are:
- The 126-room Candlewood Suites Birmingham-Inverness (Ala.)
- The 96-room Mainstay Suites Jacksonville Camp Lejeune (N.C.)
- The 127-room Extended Stay America Premier Suites Pittsburgh-Cranberry I-76 (Pa.)
- The 127-room Extended Stay America Premier Suites Cleveland-Independence (Ohio)
- The 127-room Candlewood Suites Cincinnati-Northeast Mason (Ohio)
