Aligned Hospitality Management has added two properties to its portfolio, the Studio 6 Sierra Vista-Fort Huachuca in Sierra Vista, Ariz., and The Alice Hotel in Tucson, Ariz. These hotels are the second and third properties to join the Aligned portfolio in 2024.
Studio 6 Sierra Vista, AZ-Fort Huachuca is owned by Sierra Vista Casitas LLC, which Aligned Hospitality founding partner Jarrett Reidhead founded. It is his first property. “As I dive into hotel ownership for the first time, it only made sense for Aligned Hospitality to transition and manage this property,” Reidhead said in a statement.
Formerly a multifamily home that was converted into a 69-key hotel, Studio 6 Sierra Vista, AZ- Fort Huachuca is pet-friendly and includes a business center, laundry facility, clubhouse, and more. It is located near Fort Huachuca, Tombstone, Bisbee, Kartchner Caverns, and Ramsey Canyon.
The Alice Hotel is a 100-room boutique property in Tucson owned by Shri Pramukh Inc. Sporting a 70s retro feel with a modern twist, the hotel will officially open this spring. A yet-to-be-named full-service bar and kitchen will accompany the property.
An existing client recommended Aligned Hospitality to The Alice Hotel’s ownership group. The company will assist in repositioning and rebranding the hotel, which until recently was an OYO. It will be the sixth boutique property to join Aligned’s portfolio.
