CMC Hotels to manage Hyatt House in Raleigh, N.C.

The Hyatt House Raleigh/RDU/Brier Creek, owned and managed by CMC Hotels of Cary, N.C., will open its doors to guests today. Located at 10030 Sellona Street, the management team at the 130-suite property is led by GM Kenyetta Parker and director of sales Whitney Walz.

Located three miles from Raleigh-Durham International Airport and close to Research Triangle Park, the Hyatt House Raleigh/RDU/Brier Creek is positioned to allow guests to explore all of Raleigh’s favorite shopping, dining and entertainment options. The hotel’s location allows guests access to Durham, Morrisville, Raleigh and Cary. Nearby attractions include Durham Performing Arts Center, USA Baseball Training Complex and downtown Raleigh.

The hotel offers in room kitchens, separate bedrooms and Hyatt Grand king beds. The property also offers a complimentary breakfast buffet with made to order omelets, pastries baked fresh daily and an array of healthy options such as fruits, steel-cut oatmeal and whole wheat French toast. The hotel has 2,321 square-feet of event space for rehearsal dinners, receptions or corporate meetings.
