Columbia Hospitality adds New York, Massachusetts hotels

Hospitality management and consulting company Columbia Hospitality has signed four new properties in New York and Massachusetts onto their growing portfolio of hotels and resorts. The additions mark Columbia Hospitality’s expansion into the Northeastern region of the country. 

The new properties are Callicoon Hills in Callicoon, N.Y., and The Lenox Collection of hotels (The Whitlock, The Constance and The Dewey) in Lenox, Mass. Callicoon Hills and The Lenox Collection share the same ownership and are within a two-and-a-half hour drive from each other. Each of these properties will be managed and operated by Columbia Hospitality.
 

Callicoon Hills has 83 rooms, a pool and The Conover Club Restaurant as well as a large event space. The property sits on 23 acres in New York State’s Catskills region.

The Lenox Collection consists of three bed-and-breakfast properties, each more than 200 years old. The properties have a combined 66 rooms in the main town of The Berkshires.
