Curator Hotel & Resorts adds The Neighborhood Hotel portfolio

Curator Hotel & Resort Collection, a collection of independent hotels and resorts, has added four new members to its growing portfolio of properties from The Neighborhood Hotel located in Little Italy, Chicago; Lincoln Park, Chicago; New Buffalo, Michigan; and Grand Beach, Michigan.

This expansion marks Curator's debut in the Chicago metropolitan area. In Michigan, The Neighborhood Hotel's New Buffalo and Grand Beach locations join the iconic Grand Hotel on Mackinac Island, further enhancing Curator's presence in the region.

The Neighborhood Hotel has four distinct properties across Illinois and southwest Michigan, all transformed into apartment-style hotels for short- and long-term stays. Each location has a fresh and fun atmosphere that supports all travelers, from the homebody to the adventurer to a larger group of friends, colleagues or family. The four properties added to Curator include:

  • The Neighborhood Hotel Lincoln Park, Chicago: The Neighborhood Hotel Lincoln Park has 14 spacious suites, ranging from one to three bedrooms plus a separate coach house unit, equipped with full kitchens, in-unit laundry, ample closet/ dresser storage, Moccamaster coffee machines with local grounds and premium towels/linens. This hotel is ideal for both short and extended stays. Located in the desirable Lincoln Park neighborhood, guests are close to top restaurants, cultural institutions, the Zoo, Wrigley Field, and Lake Michigan.
     
  • The Neighborhood Hotel Little Italy in downtown Chicago: The Neighborhood Hotel Little Italy has 35 suites, ranging from one to two bedrooms, equipped with full kitchens, in-unit laundry, ample closet/dresser storage, Moccamaster coffee machines with local grounds and premium towels/linens. Situated in the heart of Little Italy, visitors are settled in a neighborhood with an Old World feel that seamlessly welcomes the new and modern. The prime location allows guests to easily access key destinations throughout the city including Rush University Medical Center, UIC, UI Health, Cinespace Film Studio, and The United Center.
     
  • The Neighborhood Hotel New Buffalo in southwest Michigan: The Neighborhood Hotel New Buffalo has nine studio suites that sleep two to four people. This quaint property is set amid the charming bustle of downtown New Buffalo, just 75 miles from Chicago. Common spaces include a full kitchen, living room with fireplace, backyard with fire pits and a grill, plus a sunroom. In-unit special touches include a Moccamaster coffee machine with local grounds and premium towels/linens.
     
  • The Neighborhood Hotel Grand Beach, located in southwest Michigan: The Neighborhood Hotel Grand Beach has 14 suites (ranging from one to three bedrooms plus two separate cottage homes) equipped with full kitchens, in-unit laundry, ample closet/dresser storage, Moccamaster coffee machines with local grounds and premium towels/linens. Common spaces make group gatherings easy and fun and include a full kitchen, living room with a fireplace, four acres of indoor/outdoor amenities complete with a pool, grills and fire pits, ping pong table, plus a bar and game room.
