Hotel management company Dimension Hospitality is set to manage the Fairfield Inn and Suites by Marriott Columbus (Ohio) East.
The hotel is in the final stages of a multimillion-dollar renovation that emphasizes the brand’s new interiors. Every guestroom has been updated with new furnishings, bedding, mattresses, carpet and window treatments. Bathrooms have been upgraded with new wallcovering, lighting, mirrors and showers. Public space improvements include a new breakfast area, lobby décor and a refreshed Corner Market, offering healthy, grab-and-go options 24/7.
“The Fairfield Inn and Suites Columbus East will soon have an entirely new look and feel that conveys a relaxed vibe,” Joe Viglietta, COO of Dimension Hospitality, said in a statement. “We are eager to reintroduce this beautifully refreshed property to the Columbus market and generate excitement among the hotel’s associates.”
“Dimension has a tremendous track record operating upper midscale hotels and we look forward to rendering impressive returns on this most recent renovation to the investors,” said Jeff Shockley, executive vice president of development and analytics. “We are expert at elevating the guest experience and bringing those higher average daily rates to the bottom line.”
Located in Reynoldsburg, a suburb of East Columbus, just off the 270 loop of I-70, the Fairfield Inn and Suites Columbus East is two miles from the Motorcycle Hall of Fame Museum, less than 10 miles from Columbus International Airport and about 30 minutes from Ohio State University. The 83-room hotel has an indoor pool and fitness center.
