Graduate Hotels selects new president

Graduate Hotels has named Kevin Osterhaus as the company’s new president. Osterhaus will oversee global operations and marketing across the collection of 35 U.S. and U.K. properties. He will be based out of Graduate Hotels’ Nashville headquarters.

Most recently, Osterhaus was COO for Ennismore International, overseeing global operations for The Hoxton hotels. During his time with the company, he led the expansion of the brand across Europe and into the U.S. Osterhaus has also been president for Sixty Hotels and EVP of operations for Standard International. His career has included leadership roles with companies including Bunkhouse Group, where he led the operations and growth from the company’s launch to a scalable hotel and restaurant platform. Osterhaus spent over a decade in luxury destination travel, including at Destination Club Management and ClubCorp.

Graduate Hotels has opened 10 new hotels since spring 2020, including the first two international properties in Oxford and Cambridge, England, in summer 2021. Recent U.S. openings include Graduate Roosevelt Island on Roosevelt Island in New York City and Graduate East Lansing in East Lansing, Mich. The company plans to open four additional properties by the end of 2023.
