InnVentures names new COO

Extended-stay and select service third-party hotel management firm InnVentures has named the company’s former Director of Operations Kimberly O’Fallon as its new COO to drive the company’s growth plans.

O’Fallon’s contributions to InnVentures over the last five years include achieving hotel revenue growth of more than $147 million and expanding the portfolio by 34 properties. During her 30 years in the industry, she has earned the Mike Dubroff Award from Marriott International for outstanding achievement and Diamond General Manager of the Year recognition. 

In her new position, O’Fallon will be responsible for leading all aspects of growing InnVentures’ extended-stay and select segments across the country.

InnVentures operates nearly 50 hotels for some of nation’s largest REITs, PE firms and lenders, in addition to a large portfolio of individual and family owned hotels. InnVentures operates all major hotel brands, including extended-stay and select-service Marriott, Hilton, Hyatt and IHG hotels in 11 states, with further expansion planned.
