Pivot expands portfolio with Jersey Shore hotels

Kushner Companies has selected Pivot, the operating vertical of Davidson Hospitality Group, to operate the Wave Resort and The Bungalow in the Pier Village mixed-use development along the Long Branch, N.J. boardwalk.

The 67-room Wave Resort has an oceanfront pool deck, a spa and fitness center, 7,000 square feet of event space and three dining venues. The Bungalow has 24 rooms and suites with kitchenettes, an art gallery featuring work from local artists, 1,000 square feet of event space, and a cocktail lounge.

Pier Village has more than 30 restaurants, shops and services.
