PM Hotel Group to manage North Carolina Sheraton

Officials of national hotel management company PM Hotel Group will operate the Four Points by Sheraton Raleigh North.

The hotel is undergoing a multimillion-dollar renovation with an expected completion date of January 2017. PM Hotel Group is working with the owner on a complete renovation, including the total refurbishment of all guestrooms, public area and meeting space.

“Following the completion of this multimillion-dollar renovation, the hotel will regain ‘like-new’ status, clearly positioning it as the area’s hotel of choice for discerning travelers,” said Joseph Bojanowski, president of PM Hotel Group.

Accessible to downtown Raleigh, the hotel is a short distance away from the state capitol building and near the Adventure Landing Theme Park, the Factory Ice House, Marsh Creek Park, Mordecai Historic Park, BMX racetrack, Time Warner Pavilion and the Raleigh-Durham International Airport. The renovation will bring the hotel in line with Four Points by Sheraton’s brand standards, including contemporary American cuisine at Fuel, a 24-hour fitness center and an indoor pool. 

The hotel also offers 2,200 square feet of meeting space across three meeting rooms. Amenities include free WiFi throughout the hotel, and the brand's Best Brews and BBQ, which offers local craft beers and seasonal BBQ-style appetizers in the lounge or around the fire pit on the outdoor patio.  

“The hotel is being reimagined to appeal to travelers with a millennial mindset who prefer genuine, experiential travel that incorporates local flair with neighborhood appeal along with the latest in hotel amenities and conveniences,” Bojanowski said. “Including the Four Points by Sheraton Raleigh North, PM Hotel Group will oversee more than $20 million in hotel renovations in 2016, further complementing our full suite of operational services, from site selection through long-term strategic planning and divestment.”
