By-The-Sea Resort Properties, developers of a new luxury resort in St. Thomas, has selected Practice Hospitality to manage the property. Practice Hospitality, a boutique management company, was chosen by By-The-Sea Resort Properties after an extensive search for a partner who shared their vision. This resort will be the sixth hotel under Practice Hospitality's management.
Scheduled for a grand opening at the end of 2024, the resort overlooks Botany Bay, on the secluded western end of St. Thomas in the U.S. Virgin Islands.
The resort will have 20 villas, two pools, a spa, a fine-dining restaurant, a casual beach bar and eatery, and a chef's table with wine tasting. Beyond these amenities, the site is home to lush hillsides for hiking, beautiful beaches and layers of historical significance dating back to the island's earliest inhabitants.
Owner of By-The-Sea Resort Properties, Jesse Ferrer, expressed his excitement about this partnership. "I believe that Practice Hospitality shares our passion for creating a resort that becomes a cherished destination for generations of travelers," Ferrer said in a statement.
