Two major hospitality collections have grown their portfolios in recent months, adding a total of 19 properties worldwide.

Preferred

Preferred Hotels & Resorts added 13 new member hotels to its global portfolio between Sept. 1 and Dec. 31 of last year. 

The seasonal Fox Harb’r Resort in Fox Harbour, Nova Scotia, Canada, has 85 accommodations including classic rooms, suites, townhomes and villas, each with kitchenettes and a balcony or terrace. Additional amenities include a spa and restaurants.

The HS Hotsson Hotel CDMX Condesa Sur in Mexico City is set to open next month in the city center with 103 all-suite accommodations with kitchenettes. 

The Esmé Miami Beach in Miami opened in November with 145 rooms and suites, a rooftop pool and restaurant and several other F&B options.

  • Estancia La Jolla Hotel & Spa (La Jolla, Calif.), managed by Noble House Hotels & Resorts.
  • Gateway Canyons Resort (Gateway, Colo.), managed by Noble House Hotels & Resorts.
  • Napa Valley Wine Train (Napa, Calif.), managed by Noble House Hotels & Resorts.
  • Maui Beach Hotel (Kahului, Hawaii), managed by Springboard Hospitality Group.
  • Villa Florence (San Francisco), managed by Spire Hospitality.
  • Topnotch Resort (Stowe, Vt.), managed by Spire Hospitality.

Curator’s portfolio now has more than 85 hotels and resorts.
