Key International recently broke ground on the SpringHill Suites by Marriott Jacksonville in Jacksonville Beach, Fla., which is slated to open in the spring of 2023.
In the lobby, the hotel will debut a new oceanfront restaurant and bar open to guests and visitors. For the designs, Key International tapped LBP Atlanta, a design and architecture firm with an extensive portfolio in hospitality projects, including new build and renovations.

SpringHill Suites Jacksonville is comprised of 136 suites. The hotel boasts a variety of recreational amenities for guests, including an outdoor pool and a fitness center. Shaner Hotel Group, a hotel developer, owner and operator, will manage the hotel.
