Hospitality brokerage advisory firm Mumford Company completed the sale of the Tru by Hilton Rockwall Dallas in Rockwall, Texas.
The 98-room Tru by Hilton Rockwall Dallas is near Lake Ray Hubbard and the Harbor District of shops and restaurants. The property was built in 2020 and offers a fitness center, business center and a heated outdoor pool with patio seating.
"The purchasers were affiliates of an Alabama-based developer with multiple holdings in the Sunbelt states," said Steve Kirby, managing principal, Mumford Company, in a statement.
