New dual-brand property opens in Miami

The Robert Finvarb Companies of Miami and Concord Hospitality have opened the dual-branded 156-room AC Hotel by Marriott and 108-suite Element by Westin in the Brickell neighborhood of Miami.

The properties will share an outdoor rooftop pool, a fitness center, 4,683-square-feet of  event space and a rooftop bar and lounge. The upcoming bar and lounge, Rosa Sky, will be managed by The Restaurant People.

“We are thrilled to deliver our latest development to the thriving and vibrant Brickell neighborhood,” said Robert Finvarb, CEO of the Robert Finvarb Companies. “Brickell has become the epicenter of dining, nightlife, entertainment and shopping experiences within Miami, all while continuing to grow as the financial center of Latin America and southeast United States. We believe our dual-brand property and Rosa Sky Concept will fit in well with this market, offering an enhanced guest experience.”

Public spaces at the AC Hotel Miami Brickell include the AC Kitchen, the AC Lounge and the AC Library. The Element Miami Brickell has a business center and fitness center.
