South Carolina Holiday Inn receives leasehold acquisition financing

PMZ Realty Capital has arranged leasehold acquisition financing for the Holiday Inn Charleston-Riverview in Charleston, S.C. A regional bank provided the $13.5 million acquisition loan for the property.

The 14-story, 157-room Holiday Inn Charleston-Riverview is three miles from the Charleston Cruise Terminal and 10 miles from Charleston International Airport. Public spaces at the hotel include an outdoor pool, 1,200 square feet of meeting space, a newly renovated fitness center, a 24-hour business center and their onsite Harborview Restaurant, which has panoramic views of the Charleston cityscape and harbor.
