Soul Community Planet Hotels has added two restored inns on the California Mendocino Coast to its portfolio.
Following planned renovations, the Glendeven Inn & Lodge and Inn at the Cobbler’s Walk will combine to become the eighth SCP Hotel and will be known as SCP Mendocino Inn and Farm.
The two inns have a total of 31 rooms, most of which have wood-burning fireplaces. The combined properties also have 15 acres of farm pastures, organic gardens and other wellness, socializing and dining spaces.

The inns are less than three miles from Mendocino's shops and dining.
The property will undergo a complete renovation that includes upgrading guestrooms and public areas and adding sustainability systems for energy, waste and water. The rooms will be updated to reflect the brand’s “Scandi-boho” design standard. The entire property will conform to SCP’s room standard, replacing TVs, clocks and radios with sound machines, air purifiers and a selection of essential oils and calming teas. SCP will also add wellness facilities and a full spa with dedicated yoga and meditation space with Peloton Bikes and TRX equipment.
Other new additions will include a Terra Kitchen Restaurant, a Wayfarer Club exclusive to guests and members and the Provisions Market, all of which will be100 percent vegetarian. Additionally, the new SCP Farm, Mendocino Coast will adhere to SCP’s strict “net zero waste” program.
