Flooring and Seating: 3 new collections from Nanimarquina

Nanimarquina has introduced three new collections: Re-Rug is made up of leftover wool from Nanimarquina’s suppliers, Tiles is the compan's first ever kitchen and bath collection created with 100 percent recycled PET and Tres Persian Pouf Outdoor is constructed of recycled plastic. All were designed by Nani Marquina.

Re-Rug emerged from the decision to use excess wool accumulated by Nanimarquina’s suppliers, directly helping to reduce “unmanaged waste” and carbon dioxide emission. The collection is composed of 50 percent virgin wool and 50 percent reused wool dyed black and white, yellow or blue, green or tile. And in the weft, the marbled recycled yarn of varying thickness and color. Process video HERE.

Nanimarquina kicked off the company’s first kitchen and bath collection with Tiles, drawn from the inspiration of square and rectangular patterns found in the pavements of public spaces. Manufactured using the hand-loomed Dhurrie technique and 100 percent recycled PET produced in India, Tiles rugs are available in four colors and eight sizes, with four of them suitable for corridors.

The Tres Persian Pouf Outdoor collection of poufs complements two of the company's most successful collections. An accessory with a cylindrical shape that is light, manageable and adaptable to any space, its new structure of recycled plastic and 100 percent recycled PET fiber provides high resistance as well as good thermal properties.
