Procurement Support: New software from Purlieu

Next month at the Hotec Operations trade show—organized by Questex, the parent company of Hotel Management—technology company Purlieu is set to announce the company’s new suite of software tools that aims to help hotel procurement companies improve their service capabilities, reduce operating costs and improve employee morale and client experiences.

Previously only available to a national hotel company and a national procurement company, Purlieu will be opening the platform to the rest of the procurement and project management industry as early as October. 

The Vendor Portal, along with other Purlieu products, helps companies provide lower fees and better visibility for managers and hoteliers who are building or renovating hotels. Clients can manage multiple or single projects with immediate, real-time updates and project clarity. At the same time, teams can take advantage of project scheduling, critical notifications, project flow and workload visibility, order tracking with critical alerts, quote and specification management, time management, document protection, document storage and distribution, sales management and customer-relationship-management capabilities. 

Purlieu provides software solutions that unify remote and internal team operations, efforts, vendor communications, client communications and business processes in a singular integrated space.

Hotec Operations will take place June 12-15 at the Ritz-Carlton Sarasota in Florida. Applications are open for both buyers and suppliers.
