Swedish flooring and rug design company Bolon is relaunching Graphic, a collection of four patterns in a variety of colors. Available exclusively in North America through Matter Surfaces, Graphic is derived from a selection of classic textile patterns.
Graphic promotes mixing and matching with other Bolon designs and is suitable for both small- and large-scale projects. Several classics were joined by a new stripe as well as a new warp color, cinnamon.
The collection consists of four classic patterns in some new colors: Herringbone in Cinnamon (joins Black and Beige), a traditional zigzag; Graphic Tan (joins Graphic String, Graphic Mache and Graphic Etch), a group with a discrete pattern that blends in; Gradient in Brown (joins Black), celebrating eclectic aesthetics with soft textile references; and the newcomer Duo in Beige, Grey, Cinnamon and Duo is a symmetrical stripe in three unique colorways—one crisp, one soft and one spicy.
All Bolon products are manufactured in Sweden and contain 68 percent recycled material. The factory runs on 100 percent renewable energy and all waste generated is either recycled or energy-recovered, with zero waste going to landfills from production.
