CoralTree Hospitality has expanded its relationship with Reef Capital Partners, adding management of four properties and bringing the total number of Reef-developed assets under its management to five.
The new assignments include Main & Sky and Pioche Village in Park City, Utah; Tributer Resort at Lake Anna, Va.; and Cornerstone Club near Montrose, Colo. Denver, Colo.-based CoralTree currently manages Black Desert Resort in Greater Zion, Utah, for Reef Capital Partners.
“CoralTree has proven to be an ideal operating partner as we bring complex, experiential destinations to life,” Harry Hirsch, chief hospitality officer at Lehi, Utah-based Reef Capital Partners, said in a statement. “Their ability to scale while maintaining authenticity and service excellence makes them a natural fit as we continue to expand our portfolio.”
“Reef continues to develop some of the most compelling resort and lifestyle communities in the country, and we’re proud to deepen our partnership as they bring these four exceptional properties into operation,” added Tom Luersen, president of CoralTree Hospitality.
Main & Sky is a 33-suite boutique hotel located on Park City's Main Street near Town Lift. The all-suite property offers one-, two- and three-bedroom accommodations and penthouses, many with kitchens, fireplaces and private hot tubs. The hotel will join the CoralTree Residence Collection.
Tributer Resort spans approximately 1,000 acres along Lake Anna in Virginia and includes the 18-hole Cutalong golf course designed by Tom Clark. A second 18-hole championship course is planned in collaboration with TGR Design. The resort also includes marina access, dining, outdoor recreation, residences and newly opened golf villas and cottages. The property marks CoralTree's first management assignment in Virginia.
Cornerstone Club is a private mountain community near Montrose, Colo., offering residences, club amenities and year-round outdoor recreation. CoralTree will oversee operations, guest services and residential hospitality as the property continues its development.
Pioche Village—also joining the CoralTree Residence Collection—is located near Deer Valley's Jordanelle Express Gondola and approximately one mile from the Deer Valley East Village base area. The property includes 402 accommodations, primarily studio units, along with one- and two-bedroom residences. Amenities include a fitness center, yoga studio, game room, media and billiards rooms, steam room, hot tubs and gathering spaces.
