Crescent Hotels & Resorts has added the 202-room Kimpton Hotel Monaco Baltimore Inner Harbor to its management portfolio.
Located on North Charles Street in downtown Baltimore near the Inner Harbor and central business district, the boutique hotel occupies the historic 1906 Beaux-Arts B&O Railroad Headquarters building. The property—which will be operated by Fairfax, Va.-based Crescent Hotels & Resorts—underwent a comprehensive renovation that was completed in 2025.
The hotel features preserved architectural elements including marble staircases, Tiffany stained-glass windows and crystal chandeliers. The renovation incorporated updated guestrooms, public spaces and amenities while maintaining the building’s historic character.
Among the room types introduced as part of the renovation are double king guestrooms, which have two king beds in a single room and are designed to accommodate families and group travelers.
