DKN Hotels has been selected to manage the Courtyard by Marriott Toledo Rossford/Perrysburg.
The addition marks the Irvine, Calif.-based management company’s entry into the Midwest market and expands its portfolio of Marriott-branded hotels. Located in Rossford, Ohio, the hotel provides access to downtown Toledo and area attractions, including Hollywood Casino Toledo, the Toledo Zoo & Aquarium, the Toledo Museum of Art, Stranahan Theater and Town Center at Levis Commons.
Amenities at the hotel include an indoor pool, fitness center, two meeting rooms totaling 936-square-feet of event space, a 24-hour market, business center, guest laundry facilities and The Bistro restaurant. The food-and-beverage outlet serves American fare, Starbucks coffee and evening cocktails.
