Hotel developer Ensemble has assumed management of Hotel Nia, Autograph Collection in Menlo Park as part of its strategy to directly oversee more of its hospitality assets and expand its Northern California footprint.
The Long Beach, Calif.-based company developed the 250-room hotel, which opened in 2018 as part of the Menlo Gateway mixed-use project. Hotel Nia is part of Marriott International’s Autograph Collection and includes more than 21,000 sq.-feet of indoor and outdoor meeting space, along with a restaurant, outdoor pool and courtyard.

Located within the Menlo Gateway development in Silicon Valley, the hotel is positioned near major technology campuses, including Meta’s headquarters. The property adds to Ensemble’s portfolio in Northern California, which includes La Bahia Hotel & Spa, Bernardus Lodge & Spa, Dream Inn Santa Cruz, and Vinarosa Resort & Spa.
