Lodgco Hospitality adds Fairfield Inn Jacksonville Airport to portfolio

Hotel operator Lodgco Hospitality has assumed management of the Fairfield Inn Jacksonville Airport.

Located near Jacksonville International Airport, the select-service Florida hotel is owned by Nakanant Realty, which brought in Grand Rapids, Mich.-based Lodgco for its operational, revenue management and guest service strategies.

“We selected Lodgco Hospitality for their hands-on approach and strong track record of driving results,” Mannmard Nakanant of Nakanant Realty, said in a statement. “We are confident in their ability to elevate the hotel’s performance and deliver long-term value for this asset.”

Lodgco plans to implement its management platform at the property, with a focus on revenue growth, operational efficiency and service enhancements, according to the company. The hotel will continue to operate under the Fairfield by Marriott flag.

“We are excited to welcome the Fairfield Inn Jacksonville Airport into the Lodgco portfolio. This is a strong asset in a high-demand market and we look forward to enhancing performance while delivering an exceptional guest experience,” added Scott Stuart, president of Lodgco Hospitality.
