Lodging Dynamics Hospitality Group has expanded its presence in California with the addition of the Avatar Hotel Santa Clara, Tapestry Collection by Hilton, to its third-party management portfolio.

Lodging Dynamics will oversee hotel operations, including guest services, revenue management, sales and marketing, food and beverage operations, commercial strategy and asset performance for the Silicon Valley hotel. The Provo, Utah-based company will also manage the property's dining and retail outlets, including Goldie's Diner and an on-site Starbucks.

The 168-room hotel is located less than two miles from San Jose Mineta International Airport and within walking distance of Levi's Stadium. It is also approximately one mile from California's Great America theme park and near several Silicon Valley technology campuses and corporate headquarters.

Amenities include complimentary Wi-Fi, an outdoor pool and pool deck with firepit, a fitness center, pet-friendly accommodations, streaming entertainment, Goldie's Diner, an on-site Starbucks and indoor and outdoor meeting and event space.
