Olympia Hospitality has assumed management of the Inn on the Square in Falmouth, Mass., and the North Conway Grand Hotel in North Conway, N.H.

The two properties expand Olympia Hospitality’s partnership with Boston, Mass.-based real estate and hospitality firm The Mount Vernon Company. Olympia currently operates The Revolution Hotel, the John Carver Inn & Spa and several Nantucket properties for Mount Vernon.

“Mount Vernon has been an outstanding partner, and we're grateful for the opportunity to continue to grow our relationship by welcoming these two properties with such strong identities and loyal followings into our management portfolio,” Sara Masterson, president of Portland, Maine-based Olympia Hospitality, said in a statement.

"Olympia shares our commitment to quality and to the communities where we operate, which makes them the natural choice to manage these hotels," added Bruce Percelay, chairman of The Mount Vernon Company.

The Inn on the Square features 82 guestrooms and suites in downtown Falmouth on Cape Cod. Amenities include an indoor pool, sun deck, courtyard with firepit, business center and the on-site restaurant Persy's Place. The property is near Main Street, Falmouth Harbor, Old Silver Beach and the Shining Sea Bikeway.

The North Conway Grand Hotel has 200 guestrooms and offers indoor and outdoor pools, a pickleball court, fitness and game rooms, a restaurant, spa and meeting and event space. Located adjacent to Settlers Green, the hotel targets both leisure and group travelers visiting New Hampshire's Mount Washington Valley.

Olympia also owns and operates the Hampton Inn North Conway, providing the company with an existing presence in the market.
