Olympia Hospitality has entered into a management partnership with Stonehouse Capital for the Spruce Point Inn Resort & Spa in Boothbay Harbor, Maine.
The seasonal resort is set to reopen in May 2026 under Olympia’s management. Portland, Maine-based Olympia will oversee all aspects of operations, including food and beverage, spa services and programming. Originally established in 1892, the 85-room property includes a mix of lodge accommodations, cottages, villas and townhouses.
Spruce Point Inn Resort & Spa has been part of Stonehouse Capital’s portfolio since 2019. The partnership reflects a shared focus on independent hotels and destination resorts, with Stonehouse Capital’s ownership group led by CEO and managing partner Jeff Broaden.
“Maintaining the property’s connection to Boothbay Harbor is a priority,” Broaden said in a statement. “We believe Olympia’s regional presence and experience with independent hotels make them a strong partner.”
On-site hotel amenities include multiple dining venues, a full-service spa, outdoor pools, tennis courts and coastal activities. Recent ownership investments have focused on enhancing food and beverage and outdoor offerings.
