The Embassy Suites by Hilton Charlotte Concord Golf Resort & Spa has completed a property-wide renovation that included updates to its guestrooms, public spaces, dining outlets and meeting facilities.
Located adjacent to Rocky River Golf Club and near Charlotte Motor Speedway, Concord Mills and Cabarrus Arena & Events Center, the all-suite hotel now features renovated two-room suites, redesigned common areas, refreshed dining spaces and upgraded meeting and event venues. The hotel is operated by Alpharetta, Ga.-based Atrium Hospitality.
“This renovation ensures Embassy Suites Charlotte Concord continues to meet the expectations of today's travelers while strengthening its position as a leading destination for meetings, events and leisure travel in the Charlotte region,” Sandi Snead, regional vp of operations, East Region, Atrium Hospitality, said in a statement.
“We wanted the hotel to feel fresh and contemporary while still offering the warm, welcoming atmosphere our guests have come to expect,” added Jonah Ritter, general manager of Embassy Suites by Hilton Charlotte Concord Golf Resort & Spa.
The renovation included updated furnishings, lighting, bathrooms and finishes in all two-room suites. The property's atrium, lobby and other public spaces were redesigned with new seating and flexible work and gathering areas. Dining and bar areas were also renovated, while meeting and event spaces received updated finishes and audiovisual capabilities. Additional improvements were made to guest amenities throughout the resort.
