Geyserville Inn undergoes $2M remodel by Kathi Bart

In California's Sonoma County wine region, the independent Geyserville Inn is undergoing a $2-million remodel. Demolition is currently underway for renovations on all 38 rooms and three suites, which is slated for completion in April 2019.

The property selected local Wine Country designer Kathi Bart to do the redesign.

The all-room remodel is the first phase in a series of renovations, which include plans to update the suites and lobby, enhance handicap accessibility and add a full-service spa later this year. The inn’s makeover is designed to enhance the property's appeal to wine-country visitors, particularly those looking for an event venue in the area. Wedding space improvements include the addition of a permanent tile walkway and dance floor, freshly painted pergolas and a full-time landscaper attending to the surrounding gardens and greens.

The Geyserville Inn is owned and operated by two generations of Christensen family members. Guest amenities include an outdoor pool, wedding venue and on-site dining/catering (The Geyserville Grille).
