IDDI renovates Southern-inspired B Historic hotel

The property’s look was enhanced with elements inspired by the historic city, reimagining Southern hospitality.

B Historic hotel in Savannah, Ga., completed a renovation by Fort Lauderdale, Fla.-based firm IDDI. The property’s look was enhanced with elements inspired by the historic city, reimagining Southern hospitality.

The five-story brick structure, located in the largest National Historic Landmark district in the U.S., has 101 guestrooms with custom Southern furnishings.

The lobby has a large lounge space and a fireplace. The color palette used here includes purple and cream.

Located behind the lobby’s slate wall is a restaurant and bar, Kitchen 3 Twenty. This has a modern, rustic aesthetic defined by dark wood and tan leather. It has both communal and single dining areas.

The hotel also has an indoor saltwater pool, fitness center, spa suite and more than 1,000 square feet of indoor-outdoor event space.
