Hotel owner/operator Ivy Hospitality has completed a comprehensive renovation at two adjacent Marriott-branded properties near Indianapolis International Airport.
The refreshed hotels are the 96-suite Residence Inn by Marriott Indianapolis Airport and the 86-room Fairfield Inn & Suites by Marriott Indianapolis Airport, both of which are operated by Indianapolis, Ind.-based Ivy Hospitality. Completed by Northco Construction Management, the projects introduce each brand’s latest prototype design to the Indianapolis Airport market.
The dual-property campus offers access to major demand drivers, including Fortune Circle, Park Fletcher and AmeriPlex Business Park, as well as the Indiana Convention Center. Nearby attractions include Lucas Oil Stadium, Gainbridge Fieldhouse and the Indianapolis Motor Speedway.

At the Residence Inn, the renovation introduces the brand’s “Home Plus” design, featuring 96 all-suite accommodations across studio, one-bedroom and two-bedroom layouts. Each suite includes separate living, working and sleeping areas, along with a fully equipped kitchen and ergonomic workspace. The design emphasizes natural materials and light-filled spaces, complemented by amenities such as a complimentary hot breakfast, a 24-hour market, fitness center, outdoor fire pit and 479 sq.-feet of meeting space.
The Fairfield Inn & Suites, meanwhile, debuts the brand’s reimagined design with a nod to its Fairfield Farm heritage through features like a communal farmhouse table, curated farm photography and a dedicated heritage wall. Guestrooms include modern lounge seating, ergonomic workstations and in-room appliances. On-site amenities include an indoor pool, fitness center, valet laundry and complimentary hot breakfast.
