LBA Hospitality renovates two Southern hotels

Alabama–based hotel management company LBA Hospitality has completed major renovations to two of its hotels owned by Flynn Holdings.

Florida 

The 78-room Courtyard by Marriott Lakeland, Fla., got new furniture and finishes throughout the guestrooms, public spaces and meeting rooms. 

The hotel's guestrooms were updated with new carpeting, furniture, artwork, wallcoverings and draperies. 

Amenities at the Courtyard by Marriott Lakeland include an outdoor swimming pool, a 24/7 fitness center, two event rooms with a total 1,053 square feet of meeting space, a 24-hour market and the Bistro restaurant.

The Courtyard by Marriott Lakeland is close to Publix Field at Joker Marchant Stadium – spring training home of the Detroit Tigers, LegoLand, RP Funding Center and the Polk Museum of Art. The three-story hotel is also nearby many universities and schools including Florida Southern College, Southeastern University, Florida Polytechnic University and Keiser University.

Texas

Renovations to guestrooms and public spaces in the four-story, 88-room Hampton Inn & Suites by Hilton Ft. Worth-Burleson, Texas are complete. The renovation included new carpets, floor tile, bedding, wallcoverings, artwork, window treatments and furniture.

In-room amenities at the hotel include a microwave, mini-refrigerator and coffeemaker. The hotel has an indoor swimming pool, a 24/7 fitness center, an all-new custom boardroom and 912 square feet of newly renovated meeting space.

Located just off I-35 West within two miles of the shops and restaurants of Old Town Burleson, the Hampton Inn & Suites by Hilton Ft. Worth-Burleson is close to the Arlington Entertainment District, Chisenhall Fields Sports Complex and Hidden Creek Sports Complex. The hotel also is a short drive from Six Flags Over Texas, AT&T Stadium and Globe Life Field.
