Dallas-based design firm Looney & Associates completed the renovations to the Hilton Chicago O’Hare Airport Hotel’s onsite eateries, Andiamo and the Sports Edition.
Andiamo, the Italian restaurant located in the lobby, received a facelift. The color palette now ranges from red and blue hues to tones of brown and tan to blend with existing millwork. Andiamo also has dark geometrically patterned carpets and wood tones that complement delicate fabrics.
In addition to aerial city views, the restaurant now also has large mirrors, open-concept wooden wine racks, and rectangular sconces to add a modern touch to the space. The 24-seat private event space, the Twilight Room, now has a video wall.
Also located in the lobby, the Sports Edition bar was upgraded with communal tables and a dozen new 50-inch flat screen TVs.
