Actabl has opened early access to a new program to develop custom data, analytics and AI solutions built on its platform. The initiative introduces an embedded engineering model used in other technology sectors and now being adopted more broadly across enterprise software. Through the program, Actabl engineers work within hotel organizations to develop solutions tailored to individual operational needs that extend beyond standard product capabilities.
According to the Atlanta-based company, the approach builds on its existing platform, which aggregates and normalizes hotel data across systems, enabling faster deployment of custom tools without extended onboarding periods typically associated with bespoke development work.
“Eighty-percent of how a hotel operates looks the same from one company to the next,” CEO Steven Moore said in a statement. “The other 20 percent is what makes each business distinct, and it is where innovative hotel leaders most want to build something that gives them a unique advantage.”
The Actabl platform integrates financial, labor, service, and asset data from its ProfitSword, Hotel Effectiveness, Alice and Transcendent products into a unified data environment. The new program extends that foundation by embedding engineers within hotel organizations to develop customized analytics tools and AI-driven workflows on top of that dataset.
Actabl said the program is now open to hotel owners and operators interested in working with the company to develop AI infrastructure and customized applications. Engagements will begin with a discovery process to evaluate requirements and implementation strategy.
