New York City hotel installs BeyondTV GuestCast

The Carvi Hotel NYC, part of the Ascend Hotel Collection, has implemented Hotel Internet Services' BeyondTV GuestCast streaming solution. 

Seeking to attract tech-savvy guests, the hotel's leadership team was looking for an in-room entertainment platform with up-to-date capabilities. BeyondTV GuestCast will let guests watch streamed content on in-room TVs via a scanned QR code.

BeyondTV GuestCast's analytics dashboard lets the hotel's team continuously monitor usage and system performance. This, in turn, helps them measure the success of their guestroom entertainment strategies and also provides real-time insight into performance issues requiring immediate attention. As a solution designed for the specific needs of the hospitality industry, BeyondTV GuestCast’s analytics dashboard can also be used to measure Wi-Fi signal strength by individual guestroom. This further lets hoteliers identify and resolve any connectivity issues before guest satisfaction rates are negatively affected.
