Cloud-based marketing software and services provider Cendyn has introduced a new AI analytics and monitoring platform for hotels.
Wayfinder is designed to help hotels track how their properties are represented across large language models, including ChatGPT, Gemini and Perplexity. Integrated into the Boca Raton, Fla.-based company's content management system, Wayfinder analyzes hotel content by running simulated traveler search prompts through AI models to measure visibility, content accuracy and readiness for AI-driven search.
Wayfinder also evaluates hotel website content and recommends structured data and content updates intended to improve how AI models interpret property information. According to Cendyn, the platform includes an AI search dashboard that measures visibility, content accuracy and rate parity, while identifying issues that could affect how hotels appear in AI-generated search results.
“While OTA dependency is a tax on bookings, AI invisibility risks being a cliff,” Kevin Duncan, EVP of product at Cendyn, said in a statement. “We're giving hotels transparency to immediately view and rectify inconsistencies. We know AI engines favor structure, consistency and trusted sources, yet most hotel websites have not been built for this new paradigm.”
Wayfinder builds on the company's AI Connect platform, introduced earlier this year to help hotels make availability, rates and inventory (ARI) data more accessible to AI-powered search tools. Cendyn added that the new platform is part of its broader strategy to expand AI capabilities across its hospitality technology portfolio.
