Choice Hotels International has selected hotel optimization and guest-engagement software company Nuvola as a new qualified vendor. This agreement allows all hotels under the Choice umbrella in the U.S. to use Nuvola’s turnkey hotel software. Nuvola’s latest concierge, housekeeping-productivity, preventive-maintenance and asset-management modules ensures that each department has the technological assistance necessary to increase productivity, decrease spending and ease the flow of communication.

“Nuvola is a forward-thinking company with a unique and intuitive software line,” said Russell Anderson, director of partner technology programs for Choice Hotels. “The company’s focus on operational efficiency and guest experience aligns perfectly with the standards we look for in a qualified vendor.”

Nuvola’s optimization system has been designed to modernize hotel operations by developing new methods to streamline and maximize efficiency through smart technology. Through this program, Choice franchisees in the U.S. have access to all of Nuvola’s services.
